TB370W Compact Excavator

The TB370W wheeled excavator provides owner/operators with a highly versatile option that combines powerful excavating performance with on-road capabilities, making it ideal for shorter-term, faster-paced projects. With all the unique benefits of a wheeled unit, including higher travel speeds and the auto cruise control which enables operators to set and adjust their travel speeds by pressing a button or operating toggle switch (equipped on optional multi function grips), TB370W features a wider operating range with a 2-piece variable angle boom, precise hydraulic operations using load sensing hydraulic system and up to four auxiliary hydraulic circuits for improved productivity. In addition, an operator can select their preferred working mode among three options, standard, ECO and ECO plus. ECO plus mode automatically changes the working mode between standard and ECO depending on its load for the best efficiency and ECO friendly.

Inside the cab configuration, an 8” multifunction touch screen display places a wide range of functions at the operator’s fingertips, including the DAB radio with Bluetooth functionality and HVAC settings. Well positioned switches ensure an easy access to the variable functions and a jog dial function linked with the display helps with operator’s intuitive operation. Optional multi-function grips allow to assign the often used functions to buttons on it according to owner’s preference.

Four Pillars

Two Piece Variable Angle Boom – Provides greater working range while reducing the need to continually re-position the excavator.

Auto Cruise Control – Just like automobiles, auto cruise enables to set and adjust traveling speed both in low-speed and high-speed by pressing the button or operating toggle switch (equipped on optional multi-function grip). Auto cruise is ideal for attachments that require a consistent, repeatable travel speed, such as a mulcher, mower and trencher.

Multiple Auxiliary Hydraulics – Simplify installation of hydraulic attachments improving productivity and limiting downtime.

Powerful and Sensitive Hydraulic Performance – Load sensing system delivers the hydraulic power to be efficiently adjusted to each application. Additionally, using HST pump and a variable displacement pump enhances simultaneous operation when travelling.

270° View Monitor (OPT) – Provides “bird’s view eye” from above the machine, making the TB370W have absolute safety edge over the competition. An operator can choose a variety of image layouts to suit the working environment.

Optional Auto Digging Brake – Automatically applies brake and lock the suspension of the front axle when the machine is stopped for stable digging work.

TOPS / ROPS / OPG Cab – Provides the operator with greater peace of mind.

Heavy Duty Counterweight – Offers wrap around protection and contributes to the excellent stability.

All Steel Construction – The engine hood and right side cover are all steel for increased durability.

Optional Tiltable Roof Guard – Adds extra operator protection to the TB370W, satisfying OPG Level Ⅱ. The openable structure makes cleaning much easier than a fixed roof guard.

Automotive Styled Interior – Embodies Takeuchi design principal of exceptional operator comfort. The cabin interior size is very spacious for its class and provides unmatched comfort and visibility.

A full-color, 8″ Touch Screen Display – Most machine functions, including DAB radio with Bluetooth functionality, automatic climate control system and optional 270° camera can be quickly accessed through the display for maximum convenience.

Intuitive Jog Dial System and Multi-Switch Control Panel – Deliver an easy access to basic machine functions. All switches can be adjusted simultaneously along with the operator’s seat, joysticks and dozer blade lever, which provides an operator with exceptional comfort.

Optional Multi Function Grips – You can assign the frequently used functions to buttons on operating grips when the machine is equipped with the optional multi function grips. Multiple functions are easily accessible without releasing your hands from the grips.

Stay in your seat – Hydraulic flow can be adjusted from the comfort of the operator’s seat. Additionally, optional hydraulic adjustment system enables an operator to adjust the hydraulic pressure for SP1&2 via machine display for great attachment versatility.

Sliding Side Window on the Door (Reft Side of the Cab) – Improves ventilation and communication with others on the work site.

Wide Opening Covers – Offer convenient access to main components for outstanding serviceability.

Rear Engine Hood – Allows great access to the DOC/DPF, hydraulic pump, accumulator, double element air cleaner, engine oil fill and dip stick of engine oil.

Right Side Cover – Provides excellent access to the air breather of the hydraulic tank, fuel filter, water separator, battery, fuel cooler, oil cooler, radiator and fuse box.

Wide Opening Tilt-Up Cabin – The cabin can be tilt up to 35 degrees for great serviceability and it allows access to the control valve and slewing motor.

Fuel Supply Pump with Hose Reel – Automatically supplies fuel to the fuel tank and stops when the fuel tank is full. Hose take-up device automatically stores a hose without soiling operator’s hands.
